Add DSI Games to an SD Card

1.
Step 1

Purchase a blank external SD card from your local video game
retailer. Insert the SD card into the appropriate slot on your
Nintendo DSi. Also, you can purchase DSi Store points at a
participating video-game store.

Step 2

Make sure that you have set up Internet access on your DSi
through your wireless Internet or at a Wi-Fi hotspot. Use your stylus
pen to click on the Nintendo DSi Shop from the main menu of your DSi.

Step 3

Click on the "Start Shopping" option and then choose either the
"Free," "200," "500," "800+" or "Find Titles" option. The numbers
indicate points that it takes to purchase the game.

Step 4

Click on the title of the game you want to download, and the
click on the "Download" option. Click on the "Yes" button that pops up
and then allow time for the download to complete.

Step 5

Click on the "Settings" option from the main menu on your DSi.
Click on the "Data Management" option and then the "System Memory"
option.
6.
Step 6

Locate the game you have downloaded, and then click on the
"Copy" button. Your game will now be stored on the SD card.
