Step 1
Before continuing it is suggested you format your micro SD/SDHC
card in your computer by using your card reader or the USB adapter.
How to format? After your pc added the SD card as a new drive, open
the "My Computer" window and right click on the removable drive.
Select format option by right clicking.
In the format window select FAT32 as file system> choose quick
format and press OK to format the card. If you have important data on
the Micro SD/SDHC card make sure you save the data somewhere else
before you complete this step.

Step 2
Please type in www.ezflash.cn/zip/RC7.rar onto your browser and
the download window should appear itself. Save the file on your
desktop.
You will need winrar/ zip program to download this and if you
dont have this program on your pc already you can get it free at
www.download.com, just type in rar/zip on the site's search bar.

Step 3
After downloading complete, You will see a RAR file (or you will
see 1 folder and 1 file as in the next line if rar/zip program auto
extracts), extract the RAR file using winrar/zip program.
After extracting you should see "EZ5shell" folder and
"ez5sys.bin" file. Transfer both of these or drag or drop or copy and
paste these 2 parts to the root directory (This is important) of
formatted TransFlash ( TF )/ Micro SD/SDHC memory card. [The "root" of
a micro sd/sdhc is the first window that pops up when you open the
disk drive- or you can open it by going to my computer>right
click>open].Finally, please check you have the above folder and file
on your Micro SD card.

Step 4
Thats it! You can now eject your Micro SD/SDHC card from your
computer, put it in your EZ5i adapter, and boot this up in you
Nintendo DSi.

To update for DSi 1.4 : - To make EZVi work in DSi 1.4 you will
need to do all of the above plus an additional download . Please go to
linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/,click Ez flash > download EZ5i firmware
v14.zip . Extract it and transfer or copy and paste all to the micro
sd in addition to the main drivers as above. Thats it. Your Ez-Flash
Vi is ready for DSi 1.4.
